I noticed the other day that the skittle-trees are blossoming, and the whiskey-lake is thawing up. So I helped myself to a big, healthy dose of allergy medicine, dressed up in as little clothes as you can legally get away with wearing in public, and set out with my camera set to stun. I'm glad I did, 'cause yesterday, when I got up, the wind was coming from the north, seemingly bringing what's left of the Arctic ice cap with it. The temperature returned to dress-up-in-everything-you've-got degrees.
That's what the weather here in Trondheim is like. Back and forth every few minutes. I much prefer the weather back home. Bad, but stable. If it starts to rain there, I can lean back and relax, safe in the knowledge that it's not going to stop for another few months (unless it all comes at once, bible style). Here in Trondheim, you can barbecue in the sunshine with your friends and a rapidly melting Frosty the Snowman, and swim home through the rain afterwards.
Bah! I'm going to sleep. Wake me up when the sun returns.
